Thermostat Terneo pro-z socket programmable

The terneo pro-z thermostat is designed for programmable control of infrared panels, electric convectors and other heaters, as well as cooling equipment. Thanks to the ability to set up a heating or cooling schedule (up to three periods on weekdays and one on weekends), you can achieve optimal electricity use and significantly reduce utility bills.

The device can maintain an air temperature from 0 to 30 °C. The thermostat is installed in a regular “euro” outlet. No additional sensors need to be installed to start the heating or cooling system: the air temperature sensor is already attached to the housing.

You can monitor your electricity consumption for a day, a week, and a month since the last time you reset your values. The thermostat takes into account the operating time under load and the power of the connected equipment (by default – 2000 W) to calculate the approximate amount of electricity used. For a more accurate determination of energy consumption, it is necessary to specify the power of the heating or cooling device in the device settings.

Choosing the optimal mode of operation:

• “Timer”: programming work according to the weekly schedule separately for weekdays and weekends. Up to three periods of maintaining a comfortable temperature are available on weekdays, and one on weekends. It is also possible to choose a different number of days off;
• “manual”: the thermostat will constantly maintain the set air temperature;
• “Departure”: You can set a period when you will be away from home (for example, during a vacation) and during which you will maintain an economical temperature. And before your return, the thermostat will again provide comfortable conditions in the room.

Optional Functions

You can activate the “open window” function: the device is able to recognize a sharp drop in temperature and turn off the heating for 30 minutes. This will allow you not to waste electricity when you ventilate the room.

You can also activate the “preheating (cooling)” function, which will help ensure comfortable conditions immediately after the onset of a period of comfortable temperature. This is possible due to the thermostat’s ability to calculate the heating duration from an economical temperature to a comfortable one, and to adjust the time for turning on the heating before the start of the “comfort” period.

You can adjust the hysteresis to maintain the temperature from 0.5 to 10 °C. So you can achieve the maintenance of a certain temperature range. By default, hysteresis is set to 1 °C.

The thermostat is controlled with just four buttons, and the LCD screen allows you to easily adjust the parameters of the device. For additional energy savings and more comfortable use of the thermostat, you can adjust the brightness of the screen.

The device interface is available in four languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English and German.
