Porcelain fused to metal panels, warm paintings of the twenty-first century. The process of manufacturing energy-saving infrared electric heaters without liquid is very difficult, but certainly interesting. It can be divided into the following stages.

The first stage of manufacturing the panel body. Galvanized metal is used for the back and front parts of the case. From which blanks are cut with guillotine scissors. Next, the blanks fall under a press with dies for cutting technological holes, corners to form a panel. On the next sheet of the earth press, the front and back parts of the case are already formed from metal with cut corners cut off, protecting the ends to form a box. The last press in this compartment makes holes for attaching the panels to the surface and for the output of wires for connection to the electrical network, after which the finished parts of the housing are transferred to the mechanics of the assembly site.

The second stage of manufacturing the base of infrared panels. The core of the heater consists of a heating cable, which is used by a two-hundred-and-fifty-ton press by the method of semi-dry pressing into a heat accumulator, which is made of environmentally friendly natural powder material.

The third stage is the combination of the heat accumulator and the metal casing. Mounting brackets are unscrewed into the back of the case, with the help of which the panel is attached to the wall. Then the heat of the accumulator is invested in the case and combined with the front part of the panel. After that, the assembled panel is sent to the powder coating area.

The fourth stage of paint application. The panel is painted by electrostatic spraying of charged particles of dye powder on the metal surface. Next, heat treatment is carried out in the furnace at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees. During the polymerization process, powder paint melts and forms a solid layer of polymer coating with excellent mechanical, chemical and corrosion resistance.

The last stage of drawing. The designer, using special paints, manually reproduces a variety of images on the panels. This is how warm paintings of the twenty-first century appear.
