After adding the necessary items to the cart and placing an order, our manager will contact you by e-mail or call you during business hours to clarify all the details of the order.
Available delivery methods.
Now we have a loyalty program for our customers from the EU. When you first order our products, we undertake payment for delivery from Ukraine, that is, delivery will be free for you!
Today, shipments to EU countries are carried out only by the transport company “Nova Poshta” in the branch located in your city.

Payment methods available.
- PAYMENT TO BANK ACCOUNT
After placing an order and confirming the possibility of delivery to your address, an invoice with payment details will be sent to your e-mail.
You will need to pay the following fees:
If the amount of your order is less than €150 , then you will only need to pay VAT of 19% of the value of the goods.
If the amount of your order is more than 150€ , then you will need to pay a VAT of 19% of the value of the goods and a customs fee, which ranges from 0% to 19%, depending on the type of goods.
You will receive details on registration of the parcel and accrual of payments to your e-mail, along with a link to pay customs duties.
Terms of return of goods.
Return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order if the factory packaging and presentation are preserved;
If defects in the goods were discovered after delivery, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. To do this, you need to contact the UDEN-S online store by phone on the website or by e-mail, agree with the manager on the day and time of return of goods.
A prerequisite for the return or replacement of goods is the absence of damage on it, the presence of the original packaging, accompanying documents that were provided to you upon receipt. All actions for the return of goods are carried out in accordance with the “Law on Consumer Protection”.
To avoid such situations, we kindly ask you to take into account the specifics of the room, whether it is an apartment, shop or office, when choosing heaters. And also indicate the real data, the area of the room, the height of the ceilings, the presence of panoramic windows, the upper floor and other parameters that can be an argument in favor of choosing a more powerful model.
When receiving the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch, be sure to visually inspect the packaging for damage, and if there is such damage, open the box and visually inspect the heater. We pack our products very carefully, so the percentage of damage during shipment is minimized.
UDEN-S product warranty
We work directly from the manufacturer’s UDEN-S factory and provide a full 5-year exchange warranty on all our heaters.
This means that if within five years the heater stops heating, then we will replace it with the same new heater absolutely free of charge. But this will not happen because all our heaters are reliable and durable.
The estimated service life is more than 25 years!
